Volunteers

Parent volunteers are crucial to the success and operation of the band! We welcome your help throughout the year and have many areas in which you can serve.

If you will be volunteering to work with students (exs:  tutoring, coaching, field trip chaperone), Pell City Schools requires that you submit to a background check.  If you have questions, please contact Pam Compton at 205-884-4440 ext. 225.  The base cost of the screening is $25 but may increase if you have lived in multiple counties or states over time.  This background clearance is conducted by a third party company and not Pell City Schools.  Click here to begin this process.
