Here are some up coming events.
We will start our Poinsettia fundraiser in November. I want to clear up some confusion about the fundraisers. Most of our fundraisers are set close to 50% profit. All profit goes to your child’s band fees or expenses. Please use these opportunities to help relieve the financial needs of your student. Remember that your child’s band fees have to be close to paid off before any money can be applied to a trip or to register for a new school year.
There is now a charms app. Go to the app store and search charms. Download Charms Blue. Our school Code is pellcityhsband. If you have not set up your account, your login is your student’s first three letter of their last name and first two letters of their first name. Looking forward to seeing how this helps everyone.
I will also be doing a test email about sending out statements on how much everyone has left to raise. Remember that this is a test and I am slowly getting everyone’s financial info caught up.
Since we don’t have practice on Thursday, we will meet up at the high school at 2:30pm for a short rehearsal and to be feed. We will eat and load the truck at 3:30pm. Auxiliaries please come with your hair and make up already done. We will leave for Pinson Valley at 4:30pm. Today’s practice will end at 5pm if we don’t get rained out.
Our first payment is Coming up on October 24. It will be $150. The next payments follow as:
November 15th- $100
January 7th- $100
